[v1.2.2-beta] Hashserver support

This version supports a hashing server. A key is required for this to work.

Please be aware that there is no guarantee this release will keep functioning, especially after an update for the official Pokemon GO client by Niantic.
It could well be that you buy a hashing key and a couple of days later, a new version for the official client is forced. You then will not be able to play PoGo-UWP, effectively making the hashing key worthless until there is a fix.
I can not be held responsible for any (financial) damage that may be caused by this.
