Hint: If I copy the "extensions" field from a settings.json to another profile, have them automatically installed in that profile ¿?. That doesn't happen now. I copied the mrsauravsahu profile settings.json into a profile inside .config\vscode-manager\mrsauravsahu\data\User by hand and nothing happened when launching it.

Currently extensions can be installed only in project based custom profiles - https://github.com/mrsauravsahu/vscode-manager#sharing-a-custom-profile-between-your-team

But this is something I'd like to do as well.
