feat: Add BigInt64Array and BigUint64Array

Adds two new typed array types: BigInt64Array and BigUint64Array, which are probably only supported through Hermes or JS polyfills.
It's the JS users responsibility to make sure those types are available in the JS environment.

Test plan:

  const re = new BigInt64Array([32n, 13n, 42n, 5n])
  console.log(re)
  const result = model.model?.runSync([re])
  console.log(result)
