Modified Version of Proxy Switchy Sharp for selecting and applying the fastest proxy available given the list of proxies automatically. In this extension I have already filled the 10 proxies which is available for using Internet in IIT Kharagpur. So just load this unpacked extension and you will automatically get the fastest proxy available at the moment.
Update: I will update the link of chrome web store when this extension will be finished. And separately for people of non-IIT Kharagpur in which users have to fill the proxies which is available to them.
