This PR adds an optional configurable connection limit to the
UserNetworkingServerwhich is also exposed in theNetworked3dWebExperienceServerwrapper.If this limit is reached then the user's connection receives a message and the client shows an error screen. This error screen is also shown if the authentication attempt fails.
