This tagged version contains all the work regarding the installation and linter and partial support for testing variability of torch non deterministic kernels.
This supports 15 pytorch functions for benchmarking while supporting all functions for checking for nondeterministic pytoch functions.
To see which functions invoke torchdetscan test --valid. (This feature now works in this release.)
