What
Display the case number of a representation order as it is recorded in MAAT.

Why
As a proof-of-concept, display some information fetched from the MAAT API.
How
Building on #6611, add an extra column to the table of the representation orders for defendants in the summary page viewed by case workers. This column can be enabled or disabled using a user specific setting.
