As discussed some weeks ago, I have added a systems directory with sample build and run scripts for different systems. For CPU systems, there is a QIO/QMP build script, and for GPU systems, there is a QUDA build script. For each system, there is a build script for the
ks_spectrumapplication, a sample input file for the same, and a sample run script.All scripts tested successfully as of Oct. 27, 2024.
