1. Fixes the issue in which coordinator service keeps on crashing continuously when the application is installed on the cluster for the first time and there are not POA completed repair tasks.
2. Fixes an issue where WUReschedule count is not honoured when update installation keeps failing persistently.
3. Also, contains fix for the bug when patching used to get stuck in the post installation stages and maunal intervention was required for it to be over.
4. Introduces a feature in which we can introduce wait time between nodes getting patched in update cycle when TaskApproval policy is set to NodeWise.
5. Fixes the issue in which health events of POA for deleted nodes are not removed when the cluster is scaled in.

After few days of this release we found few issues and we have fixed them with 1.4.3 version of the application.
