Updated prompt:

• To fix citation issue when there is no excat answer. Fixed the issue of " relative answers from other docs"
• Trimmed system prompt as it is degrading response.
• Moved sources to user content for GPT 4 ( like GPT 3.5) as it was not able to generate follow up questions ( system prompt too long)
• despite being identical, kept conditional logic for both GPT 3.5 and GPT 4 beacuse it will allow us to customize prompt as per our need.
• added language in prompt to out table in html format.
