This release adds support for .NET Core 3.

Data Template Selectors and Validation Rules

This releases adds support for data template selectors and validation rules that can also be developed with the lambda expressions. The minimum required .NET version is 4.5.

Tracing Upgrade

Starting with this release the ETW is used for tracing instead of TraceSource. The minimum required .NET version is also been updated to 4.6.
