My ultimate plan is to compute build consistency measure based on the Microsoft's paper "Winning with Flaky Test Automation". That give testers a single measure whether the tests are becoming more or less stable after the process of fixing and re-running them.
However, before doing so I would like to refactor the plugin as it has not been touched for the last 2 years. I hope commit names explain well what I have changed.
