Adds post-extraction mapping in the same style as the MEF and also now imports list of extractors and extractor dependencies directly from the MEF to make future new extractors easier to pull in. There is an accompanying PR on the MEF) which will need to be merged in first, but for now, I've modified the
package.jsonto point to that branch on the MEF
