Muhammed Ceylan Morgul received his BSc degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering in 2014, and MSc degree in Electronics Engineering in 2017 at Istanbul Technical University. He is currently a Ph.D. student in Electrical Engineering at the University of Virginia. He has been the principal investigator of one TUBITAK, and researchers of EU-H2020-RISE, SRC-JUMP, and TUBITAK projects, in Turkey, the USA, France, Portugal, and Malaysia. He is an author of more than 15 peer-reviewed research papers. His current research interests include the reliability of memory technologies, processing in memory, and emerging computing.
