Initial release of the clones detection on models plugin (for MPS 2019.3.x and MPS 2018.3.x).

• clones detection configuration to specify:
  -- searching scope (project level, global)
  -- specify the modules to be considered (white-list)
  -- specify the models to be ignored (black-list)
  -- specify the concepts to be ignored (black-list)
• use a tree-map to gain an overview over the clones.
