В зависимости от user.FullDelete true|false происходит или обычная блокировка аккаунта, или с переносом сообщений к пользователю Deleted.
Плюс все сообщения на страницах пользователя меняются с "блокировка" на "удаление" и обратно - от настройки SiteConfig.
По умолчанию user.FullDelete = false (т.е. блокировка без переноса, текущее поведение)
!Осторожно. В Git первый раз в жизни. Java с 98-го в руки не брал!
Проверял. Работало.
