Added some robustness to input parameter checking. This may have some effect on the issue showing up with a September trunk build of eXist.

Version 1.0.1: Now an eXist XAR application

This release now takes the form of a XAR package for eXist. It is still quite straightforward to integrate the CodeSharing functionality directly into an eXist application manually, but it it recommended instead to use the XAR approach.

Instructions are included in the XAR package.
