arsenalimagemounter.vm is missing a dependency, not sure if this was introduced in this update.

EDIT: Nvm, It is since update 3.11.279 in #815 Release note : https://arsenalrecon.com/products/arsenal-image-mounter/downloads
I haven't seen it since I have .NET 8 installed but I don't know from which package. Should I do a new PR to change the dependency ? (Author of the choco pkg didn't change dependency to the new one)

Should I do a new PR to change the dependency ?

That would be great, thanks!

I haven't seen it since I have .NET 8 installed

For testing new packages I recommend to:

  • using an empty windows
  • install flare-vm with a configuration with just one simple package (for example hashmyfiles.vm)
  • Copy the script test_install.ps1 to the Desktop and create a folder packages in the Desktop
  • Take a snapshot testing
  • Every time you test a new package, revert to testing, copy the package to test to the packages folder and run the test_install.ps1 script

This way you ensure that all needed dependencies are installed. 😉 I will add this to the documentation: #851

I have tested the rest of the packages and they seem to work fine. As arsenalimagemounter.vm was broken before I think we can merge this PR and fix that later, tracked in #852
