Add ida.plugin.capa.vm that install the capa plugin for IDA. The package has libraries.python3.vm as dependency, that installs the flare-capa Python library. This library has been updated to use Python 10 due to the following IDA bug: - mandiant/capa#681 Exclude ida.plugin.capa.vm from the categories linter as it is not installed in the tools folder. Sort the categories exclusions alphabetically.

Merging this as it is included in mandiant/flare-vm#490 and I want to create a new VM using the new configuration. 😄 If someone has any feedback on this PR, please open an issue/PR for further discussion. |
