This PR edits the sections of the old require-by-string RFCs that were affected by the amendments RFC (#56).
Also, I reorganized the aliases RFC in this PR as well to align with how the original RFC (luau-lang/luau#969) was organized before it was split into two RFCs. It looks like some information was spliced weirdly during the split.
