+## Time to Spring Forward in the U.S.
+
+Sunday, March 10, 2024 at 2 am, the time zone changes for most of the US! If your time zone changes, then in the morning, you will see a clock in the pump icon on the main screen of your *Loop* app.
+
+Follow these simple steps to sync your pump to the current time:
+
+1. Tap on the pump icon to go to your pump screen
+1. Scroll down to the Pump Time row
+1. If your pump time doesn't match your phone time, you can change it by tapping on the Sync to Current Time button and confirm you want to sync the time
+
