Release 1.2.0 - Now with more Pill Keeper
Rudimentary support for Pill Keeper now exists including utility functions which will allow us to add Pill Keeper optimizations as we determine what the best choices are (input on that is welcome, join the discussion at #127). Autoscend now has some support for forcing non-combats using stench jelly, clara's bell and pill keeper in several zone. More optimizations to come with time.
Restoration logic was also completely rewritten to make better use of healing options available for hp and mp. It should now choose the best option from most hp/mp restore sources including: clan hot tub, free rests (accounting for chateau/campsite), all healing skills, npc purchasable restores, MMJ, etc.

- Ed (and hopefully all other classes) do the Junkyard combats "optimally" now. Ed definitely wastes a lot fewer adventures trying to get Yossarians tools. [#150]
- Ed bugfix: When doing Sonofa beach, we no longer stop if we have no Talisman of Horus in inventory but actually have the buff it gives. [#150]
- Ed will buff using the telescope, Lyle and the cheap muscle & moxie buffs when attempting to fight modern zmobies so we don't just die repeatedly due to their massive initiative and Ed's pitiful HP. [#150]

Besides the rebrand, a number of improvements and bug fixes were added

- more semi-rare locations. Will attempt to get Flamin' Whatsisnames from Copperhead (cuts turns at the Zeppelin), Freezerburned Ice Cube from The Haunted Kitchen (cuts turns at the Smut Orcs) and a Knob Goblin Lunchbox (if delay hasn't been burned at the Outskirts). [#83]
- better powerlevelling if you don't have scaling IotMs. At level 12 if we need to powerlevel we will use all the clovers we have left in the appropriate Spookyraven 2nd floor zone. Otherwise we will spend adventures in The Haunted Gallery with -combat to get Louvre it or Leave it as it gives non-muscle classes up to 200 substats and muscle classes up to 300. [#83]
- Better choices about the NCs in Copperhead. Will try to get a priceless diamond since it saves 5k meat unless we have unnamed cocktails we want to turn into Flamin' Whatsisnames. Will attempt to acquire unnamed cocktails from the NC too. [#83]
Ed the Undying
- no longer dies twice unnecessarily. This should mean your runs go faster and encounter fewer aborts [#83]
- no longer switches servants in and out unnecessarily before combat. Makes runs faster.
- improved servent selection in certain areas [#83]
- better choices about what to banish and what to yellow ray (improved Ka generation) [#83]
