Plan is just to get it running without error messages, not to make it run well.

Almost all of these should already be handled by the calls to is_unrestricted() in these same functions. If is_unrestricted() is returning false in bad moon it's either a KoL bug or a mafia issue.

I'll take a look at those, planning on doing some BM later this year
