This update adds in 4 new endpoints that can be used to manipulate attributes directly, without having to modify the resource representation. #8

The following new endpoints have been added

• Delete a value from a specific attribute of a resource
• Delete all values from a specific attribute of a resource
• Add a value to a specific attribute of a resource
• Get a specific attribute from a resource

The application has also been updated to use .NET Framework version 4.6.1
