[Design] Corrections to do after design review

DoD:

• 1 -> some searches screens still have the text TW-1923: Improve search screen #1961

• 2 -> remove the "no results" and the related section if a result has been found for other section TW-1923: Improve search screen #1961

• 6 -> add padding at the top of search panel TW-1923: Improve search screen #1961

• Write widget tests to prevent regression

  • test that when there's results on search, other sections where there's no result are not displayed

• don't forget to check on all platforms
• the log out dialog is used in multiple places
