Description:
    Generate a C++ header file from a CMSIS SVD file for modern, save register access.
    Header file structure is in accordance to the technique presented in this paper: https://yogiken.files.wordpress.com/2010/02/c-register-access.pdf

Usage:
    To generate the header, run "python3 mkheader.py <SVD_FILE.svd>"
    The resulting files are "reg.hpp" and "<DEVICE>.hpp".
