+Regarding UIBackgroundModes, it is indeed not used yet.  We are working on a upcoming update that will add sound to the app to guide the user through the update process.

+The old app has been made unavailable in all countries and will then be removed from the store to avoid having two apps doing the same thing and duplicating functionality.
