 - BGMDriver: Copy settings when a new client matches an existing one.
 - Add app volume workaround for Google Chrome.
 - Make sure the installer launches BGMApp as the logged-in user.
 - Add an additional method for restarting coreaudiod. Fixes BGMDriver
   not loading until the system is rebooted.
