There was some ambiguity in whether the shared secret is validated in the same way as in HPKE over P256. I think the answer is "yes", so I made that explicit here, copying the wording from section 7.1.4 nearly verbatim.
Once this gets resolved, I think this would be a sufficiently straightforward and unchanging spec that I'd feel comfortable including it (behind a feature gate) in
