Temporary release to fix the crashes and major issues with 1.0H. Thanks as usual to IohannesIohannium for the vast majority of the data files fixes, including fixing the main chunk of crashes. Idhrendur has been very helpful in getting a new parser in to a point where I can work with it, however this release does not actually use that (which is also why it isn't in the usual place).

Features

No more adapting history, databases II etc crashes.
Fewer crashes of the converter when assigning flags.
Colonial nations should now exist again.
Cores converted properly.
