Changed those to the ones used in HoI4
- Expanded the number of countries that can potentially do a post-colonial revolt and redid the events to occupy less space - Fixed the problem of such countries being "noculture" and have them adopt the correct post-colonial culture (e.g. Anglo-Canadian) or an African diaspora culture (e.g. Afro-Antillean)
Corrected Turkish province spellings (in line with how done with names) and added Tsargrad and Mikligarðr renaming decisions.
Adding country flags to ensure only post-colonial countries get culturally changed, avoiding thus an Aztec Empire suddenly becoming Mexican.
As well added decisions to form Hindustan/Pakistan, Libya (for Tripoli and Cyrenaica) and Kenya (for civilized Swahili)
Added Caribbean nations and a formable Viceroyalty of Caribbean. Also, used historical Tokugawa flags. Also, fixed Malaysian cultural cores I mistakenly forgot to update.
As well as adding the NNM event for Indonesian cores and the Louisiana revolt (post-colonial decision).
Along with cleaning the last section of NNM tags, new stuff has been added: -Restore the Roman Empire (same requirements as CK2, available also to HRE, Latin Empire, and legacy Romans) -Greek cultural cores turning into Byzantine cores (and viceversa), according to Byzantium's status -Papal Italy and all related stuff -Lombardy-Venetia as a releasable viceroyalty -Egypt having a different flag if Coptic -the Aromanian culture is now available and Mormon minorities are converted
Ensuring Occitania, Greece, Ireland, and Euskadi won't form if owning none of their original corelands

Hoping I didn't screw up anything, it should be the same as ParadoxGameConverters#517, yet I write it here so you can test-revise it better.
