What does this PR do?
It adds Nerves and Inky to the project.
Why was this PR needed?
So that Restid can run on a raspberry pi and display its Scenic content on an Inky wHat.
How can this PR be tested?
Run it on a
rpi3as per the instructions in the Readme.
