The Fuel Burner

Description

The fuel burner turns fuel items (Coal, Wood, etc.) into heat by burning them and containg the heat via the isolation.

The amount of heat generated depends on how many items the fuel item can process. One items worth of fuel is equal to 200 heat. (This is adjustable in the config by changing fuelBurner.heatPerFuel in the balance section of the config file)

The fuel burner has an internal buffer capable of storing 1600 heat (1 piece of coal). This buffer can output at a rate of 2 heat per tick, but fuel is only consumed at a rate of 1 fuel per tick.
