This is the Metamask Not Found Page:

It's shown when you disable Metamask or do not have the extension installed. Cobweb relies on Metamask to authorize access to your wallet, so Metamask needs to be installed and an account needs to be selected.

To install Metamask, follow the instructions here.

If you're seeing this page, but Metamask has been installed, try disabling and re-enabling the extension via the blue toggle in chrome://extensions:
