fix(dropdown): use teleport (#531)

## Fix:
* fix(dropdown): use teleport
  * This prevents the dropdown to be pushing the parent dimensions triggering possible scroll
* fix(dropdown): fix vertical positioning

## Chore:
* chore: increment version
* chore(deps-dev): updated dependencies

## Performance:
* perf(dropdown): removed unnecessary decision block
