Use root_dir configuraion

Dear awesome developers and maintenairs,

I propose to avoid using notebook_dir, and use root_dir alternatively.

Issue background

• the notebook_dir is deprecated configuration for JupyterLab 4. See the following:

  • https://github.com/jupyter-server/jupyter_server/blob/74655ce66f36ed85a83591e6658e70ba91232580/jupyter_server/serverapp.py#L1789-L1797
  • https://github.com/jupyter-server/jupyter_server/blob/74655ce66f36ed85a83591e6658e70ba91232580/jupyter_server/serverapp.py#L1819,1850-L1854

• In my experience, the notebook_dir parameter is not perfectly same as root_dir.

  • If we run jupyter lab command on the .tex file's direcotory, it is no problem.
  • However, if we run the jupyter with pointing out root_dir to another directory, the troubles are occured. (e.g. You run jupyter lab ~/notebook on your home directory)
  • Fixes issue with document path #110 and eliminates the need to set both notebook_dir and root_dir.

• Moreover, I append some debug lines.

  • self.log.debug() is used for debugging the user's environment and check actual build commands.
  • We can check the debug message by runnning jupyter lab --debug or jupyter lab --log-level DEBUG.
  • These debug outputs will help solve problems caused by path settings in various user's environment.
