(/issues/41) euscollada/src/euscollada-robot*l : move collision model codes to irtrobot.l[1] and use it in euscollada-robot's init-ending.

@snozawa I have one question.
Why this PR passed for deb? because this PR requires update of jsk_roseus as jsk-ros-pkg/jsk_pr2eus#35 so it should not pass. if so, please create test code so that we can know that we need to release jsk_roseus before we merge this
