Dotfiles for my WSL2 install on main PC

• Learn how to properly use markup for a README
• Look at how to clone this repo onto a new machine and test how it works
• Make a dotfile repo for my linux machine
• Learn how to create an install script to automate installing programs along with these dotfiles
