ci: drop OpenWrt tests for now

The OpenWrt CI runs are broken and need to be redone. In order to unblock the PR pipeline, drop these tests for now to reintroduce fixed variants at a later point in time. Signed-off-by: Jo-Philipp Wich <[email protected]>
