Adds custom categories to snippets, can search by # and by clicking categories. Normal filter options still apply.
Added 2 new settings, "Show Categories" and "Expand Categories", the former dictating whether snippetcards should show their categories at all, and the latter dictating if truncation should be prevented, so that all categories are listed regardless of how many there are.
