1. EnrichmentPlot (Completed)

• Input file을 넣었을 때 output으로 enrichment result file, table, multipanel figure까지 완성되도록 코드 단순화.
  • table은 xlsx로 저장하고, figure 만들었을 때 axis text가 하나의 text로 연결되도록 옵션을 설정.
  • ORA, GSEA 테스트 방식 및 GO, Reactome, KEGG 등 여러 데이터베이스의 분석 결과가 treeplot, barplot, dotplot 형식으로 하나의 multipanel figure로 구성되도록 만드는 것이 목적.

2. SingleCell (Ongoing)

• 싱글셀 분석에서 반복적으로 쓰이는 코드들을 단순화하고 공유 가능한 코드로 정리하기.
