2.0.0.9 Froyo

Release from Froyo branch, separated from Latest in master branch

This build is an attempt to make a proper Froyo builds, but still crashes in the emulator.
Debug with a Froyo device is probably needed to resolve possible problems.

Note: This is built with Play keys but cannot be added to Play, as Google do not allow the target API.
