Removed official support for SAL

Removed official support for SAL since this is far too slow in practice.

Bessemer run

This is the code that was actually run on the Bessemer HPC cluster to generate the results for my thesis and the GP paper.

Experiments mk2

This release fixes a number of bugs which became apparent after running the first batch of experiments. Hopefully this is the version which makes it into the thesis

Evaluation Version

All evaluative experiments were made using this version.
