Added 12-color palette with two hues for 6 colors in line with Penn color scheme.
Adjusted lighter hues to provide greater contrast

I'm working on some projects where we want to use Penn colors, but we need more than just the base 2 and varying hues of them. I created the "multicolor" palette to suit this, and I thought it could be helpful for others.
