Initial release of the HookKit Framework API. v1 includes a compatibility layer for the prerelease API.

Compared to previous versions, this uses a modular design which allows hooking libraries to be properly linked internally by dyld. This is the proper way of using the hooking methods, virtually identical to as if your software was using the specific hooking library itself.
