Included a proposed workflow diagram using mermaid markdown syntax illustrating visually that running the makeExamplePopulation.R script actions the core workflow (collatePopulation, determineEmployed, prepWorkData, and assignWorklocations). A user can then proceed to run analyseWorkLocations.
The readme.md with this change looks a bit like this (the diagram is the new bit):
