chore(pubspec): bump version to fix the pipeline

Fix the pipeline error:

ERR : Because every version of flutter_driver from sdk depends on vector_math 2.1.2 and flutter_bdd depends on vector_math 2.1.0, flutter_driver from sdk is forbidden.
    | So, because flutter_bdd depends on flutter_driver from sdk, version solving failed.
