Add Icon Path Parameter to display image from html report as icon on jenkins sidebar

Testing done

Created pipeline on self-hosted jenkins instance with parameter set, checked both project base URL as well as individual job pages, and updated relevant tests.

I'm also interested by adding custom symbol

Looking at the code custom symbol doesn't seen supported because it assume it's always a path

I would like to set something like symbol-playwright-icon-solid plugin-oss-symbols-api for a custom icon for playwright html report
