This PR is to update the text on the wiki-page docs page, for punctuation and some grammar. The other major change was adding an anchor to the "Reviewing the documentation" so that step 6 links to the section instead of just saying it is "below".
This also includes the suggested updates from #7204 so it should not be merged until that is approved and merged.
