I created this PR to address this rule:

"There should be no unnecessary whitespace or trailing spaces in the code."

Description

This PR removes unnecessary whitespace in the file doc/hurl.nvim.txt. The whitespace before and after the tip text in both code diffs has been removed to ensure consistency and readability of the code.
